About Brahmi Plant: –

Brahmi is a small herb plant with many branches, rooting at the bulges, found at raises from sea level to heights of 4400 feet. It produces logically in wet soil, low water and marshes. It has small plants that are light purple or white in colour with not more than four or five petals control or weight loss. Brahmi is used for Alzheimer’s disease, improving memory, anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, allergic conditions, irritable bowel syndrome, and as an over-all tonic to fight stress. Brahmi is one such herb that helps a restful sleep, calms emotional turbulence and also helps recover concentration and alertness.

How to Care Brahmi Plant: –

• This herb needs full sun so keep the plant in bright direct sunlight.
• It grows well in loamy and fertile soil with good drainage.
• Water the plant when the top(1-2 inches) of soil feels dry to touch.
• Do not re-pot the plant for min. 2 weeks after receiving it.
• Prune the plant throughout the year to control its size and promote bushier and more dense growth.
• Reduce watering during winter to prevent diseases.
