About Song Of India Plant: –

Song of India is a decorative houseplant, native to collectoin of Indian ocean such as Madagascar, Mauritius. It is a species from the dracaena genus (dracaena reflexa). This tree like plant is easy to grow and maintain, although it does prefers high humidity levels. It is also one of the best air Purifying plant.

How to Care Song of India Plant: –

Place the plant where it can receive morning and evening indirect sunlight each day.
Water the plant only when the soil feels dry to touch.
Keep soil moist at all times and in during winter allow the soil to dry.
Feed organic fertilizers every four weeks from April until September.
Loosen the soil without damaging the roots. It will help the plant to uptake the nutrients and moisture easily.
When a plant outgrows in current pot, re-pot with fresh potting soil and some fertilizer.
Do the re-potting once very 2 -3 years and a pot one size bigger.
Start Removing the lower leaves when they begin to yellow.
